When your CDS is being register. Dealer will send instruction as below to register your RHB Trade Smart online platform.
You can do your first log in by:
1⃣Going to https://rhbtradesmart.com/prt/signup.xhtml
2⃣Click on 'I have an existing account' and Select 'KL MAIN' branch
3⃣Fill in the details accordingly and submit
4⃣Send the registration confirmation to me (Your online access will take 1 day to activate.)
once you select "KL Main" and proceed, you will enter page as below to register your username and password... Please do not fill up your detail wrongly and forget your password, it will need operation to amend for you. It will take a period of time to correct it.
once you have completed the whole registration , your will jump to the page of showing "THANK YOU" as below
Finally , you have register your RHB online trading , but it will take at least a day for IT department to tag your account link to your CDS account.
after a day of waiting, you successful to log in your online, you have one last step... that is register your "TRADING PIN"
First login it will request registration of trading pin, it is a password (secondary security) when you place your order. You may set same as your password or other password, and please keep it safe and remember it. To reset it, you need call to 03-21138118
